Chinese models on the scene

Seems like diversity is the "in" thing these days...Vogue's got back-to-back issues with African American starlets (our First Lady and Beyonce respectively)...and recent runways celebrated different faces. I was very happy to see this photo of Du Juan and Emma Pei in Bryant Park from this past February. China's fashion evolution cannot be ignored: just take a look at Lane Crawford's new ad campaign (shot by one of my favorite fashion bloggers, Tommy, over at Jak & Jil); sure to be the next big luxury retailer worldwide and headquartered in the mainland.
